Pure Properties LLC acquired a 5,000-square-foot medical office building located in Wilshire Point at 7316 N Classen Boulevard in Oklahoma City, from Burlington Crossing, LLC for $2,041,742.
In a tight market with limited options, the newly constructed Wilshire Point provided an ideal solution to meet the tenant’s specialized medical-use requirements.
